The epitome of an elevated basic

Have been wearing this gorgeous white t-shirt on repeat since it arrived! The linen is soft and silky with a beautiful drape and sheen. It looks great with jeans, trousers and skirts - virtually all the bottoms I have 😊The clever cut of the sleeves is very flattering, and a bit different from the standard T-shirt armhole. When you think is an elevated basic piece, this is it👌🏻
I wear a nude bra under mine and although the top edge is slightly visible, I can live with it - I'd say it's slightly sheer, rather than see-through.
I'm usually a UK 8, and sometimes size up for a looser fit. I went with the small in the Lucy t-shirt, and it's lovely - just the right amount of oversize to give an airy fit, ideal for the summer.
It washed well, and when put in a coat hanger to dry, didn't need ironing I gave it a swoosh with the steamer, but if I was taking it on holiday and wanted to wash it while
I was away, it would be fine to wear without.
